Public Enemy??! It’s hard to believe, but here we are, working to make Halifax safer, healthier, and more connected, while the provincial government seems to have singled out cycling advocates as the “enemy.” From Premier Houston’s interventions on Morris Street to the handling of the Joint Regional Transportation Agency report, it’s clear they see us as a problem to be managed rather than a community to support.
