Alex picked up his first adult bike in 2023 and quickly dove headfirst into bikepacking, followed by endurance cycling. Though his interests in cycling are perhaps a bit more on the the extreme side, Alex think it’s important to have a cycling community (and hopefully infrastructure as well!) that supports and welcomes all levels of riders. You may recognize him from marshalling Critical / Kidical Mass ride, or leading weekly group rides with Rolling Tide Group Rides.
