Volunteer with the Halifax Cycling Coalition

Are you interested in becoming a volunteer? Halifax Cycling Coalition is always looking for volunteers to help with our operations. Sign up below or check our latest list of volunteer opportunities.

We have several different kinds of volunteer opportunities available at all times, including:

  • Leading bike rides
  • Bike valet shifts
  • Outreach / Community event table (particularly for non-English and newcomer communities)
  • Data collection / analysis
  • Advocacy
  • Liaison with other organizations such as NS Environment Network, Active School Travel, Cycling Without Age
  • Communications: newsletter, social media
  • Membership support
  • General event support
